Conveyor belt condition assessment

Leverage our expertise and experience in diagnostics.

DiagBelt+ steel-cord belt core diagnostics

We detect and pinpoint damage in the conveyor belt core. The customer receives a clear report along with recommended maintenance actions.

BeltSonic conveyor belt thickness measurement

We measure belt thickness and wear across the entire belt surface. We help plan replacements and reduce the risk of failures.

Early detection of longitudinal belt tears

We are testing a longitudinal tear detection system under industrial conditions.

Vulcanizing press diagnostics and thermographic inspection

We carry out thermographic inspections and diagnostics of vulcanizing presses. We identify temperature non-uniformities and potential process issues.

Conveyor belt condition assessment

We bridge research and industrial practice. We deliver conveyor belt diagnostics and measurement solutions that support safe, reliable, and continuous operation of your installations.

We provide conveyor belt diagnostics to enable early damage detection and support maintenance planning. Our services include steel-cord belt core diagnostics (DiagBelt+), belt thickness and wear measurements (BeltSonic), as well as pilot projects for longitudinal tear detection. We also carry out thermographic inspections and diagnostics of vulcanizing presses. Results are delivered as clear maps/plots along with recommended maintenance actions.

Our services

We help detect damage at an early stage and support maintenance planning through measurements, data analysis, and clear reports.

Technical condition diagnostics of steel-cord (ST) conveyor belt cores

We use the latest methods and tools to carry out accurate and effective testing and analysis.

Technical condition diagnostics of belt splices in steel-cord (ST) belts

We perform diagnostics of splices in steel-cord (ST) belts to detect early damage and weakening in the splice area and to assess splice geometry.

Conveyor belt thickness measurement

We measure belt thickness and wear across the entire belt surface, identifying sections with uneven abrasion and areas requiring special attention. We present the results as clear maps and charts to support replacement planning and maintenance actions.

Longitudinal tear detection (pilot testing)

We are developing an early longitudinal tear detection system, currently in the pilot phase. We invite partners to participate in testing and industrial deployments.

Thermographic diagnostics of vulcanizing press operation

We assess vulcanizing press operation using a thermal imaging camera, identifying underheated/overheated zones and temperature distribution asymmetries. The results support evaluation of the heating system and control performance and help reduce the risk of defects in belt splices.

How we work?

From problem assessment to a report and recommendations.

Needs analysis

We collect information about the conveyor and the purpose of the assessment. We select the method (DiagBelt+, BeltSonic, thermography) and define the measurement scope.

On-site measurements

We carry out the inspection on site according to the procedure. We record the data and mark critical sections.

Data analysis

We process the results, identify irregularities, and assess technical condition. If needed, we compare the outcomes with historical measurements.

Report and recommendations

We deliver a clear report (maps/plots + conclusions) along with maintenance recommendations and a plan for follow-up inspections.
